"Campfires and Beef Feasts" (焚き火と牛まつり, Takibi to ushi matsuri, lit. "Bonfire and Cow Festival") is the fifth episode of season three of the Yuru CampΔ anime series.

Nadeshiko takes it upon herself to prep the campsite, as well as a few treats. When the other girls finally make it, it's time for a campfire and a camp-worthy feast!

Plot synopsis[]

The Oi River trip continues. Nadeshiko sets up camp. Ayano and Rin arrive and they have dinner together.

Nadeshiko is up early to watch the sunrise. Ayano joins her.

Trivia[]

  • This episode re-uses a scene from the start of Izu Camping!!! Birthdays! (Season 2, Episode 12), though in a slightly different setting.
  • The girls are camping at Abt Ichishiro Camping Ground.
  • The girls go on about how much they love the hamburg steak (直火焼ハンバーグ, Jikabiyaki hanbāgu), which is really just a slab of spiced ground beef, often compared to salisbury steak. [2]
  • Beef shin isn't a common food in the west. In the manga they called it beef tendon which is only used for dog treats, however larger cuts as human food have some meat included.[3]
