Rurutea

Rurutea (るるてあ, pronunced "roo-roo tay ah"), the illustrator of the chibi penguin character Koupen-chan (Kōpen-chan), is apparently a big fan of Yuru CampΔ and seems to have an agreement from afro or the rights holders to produce works featuring both Koupen-chan and Yuru CampΔ characters. There has been a series of popup stores, an online store with crossover goods, and a collab café.
