Sara Shida (志田 彩良; Shida Sara, born July 28, 1999) is a Japanese actress and model from Kanagawa Prefecture. Her first TV drama supporting role was Cheer☆Dan (aka We Are Rockets!; チア☆ダン; 2018) along side Laid-Back Camp live-action TV drama co-star Yumena Yanai and her first movie and main role was in Dream of Illumination (aka Hikari no Tabi; ひかりのたび; 2017).
She portrays Ena Saitō in the Laid-Back Camp live-action TV drama and it is her first full-time main role.
