Shizuka Kagamihara (各務原 静花, Kagamihara Shizuka) is the wife of Shūichirō Kagamihara and the mother of Sakura Kagamihara and Nadeshiko Kagamihara.

Shizuka has long violet color hair, clear water-blue eyes and clear square-rimmed glasses.
She wears a big fluffy beige color scarf and a navy color jacket over a green sweater, a khaki skirt and panty hose.

Shizuka is a pleasant woman as well as soft-spoken.

- Shizuka is quick to recognize people that either of her daughters made friends with. In season 2, she comes across Ena Saitō who was working part-time at a convenience store. This was how Ena knew that Rin Shima and Sakura were looking out for Nadeshiko when she went solo camping.
Name etymology[]
- The name Shizuka means "quiet" (静) (shizu) and "flower, blossom" (花) (ka).
- Shizuka's surname Kagamihara means "each, every, either" (各) (kaga), "task, duties" (務) (mi) and "field, plain" (原) (hara).[citation needed]
- It is taken from "Kakamigahara", which is another city mentioned in the show. Take note that although "Kakamigahara" is the official name of the city, it is also called Kakamihara, Kagamihara, or Kagamigahara by tradition.
