Summary[]
Mei rents the bike from the roadside station again and likes it so much she buys a road bike of her own. The OEC's tactic of giving out food on school-club day was a great success. It convinced several students into joining the cooking studies club, but no one to join the OEC. Aoi meets Mei while they are biking to school and invites her to join the OEC, and Mei decides to do so. Then they prank Chiaki by telling her that they are changing the club name to Laid-Back Cycling Club.
Ena buys a camp chair, and discovers that Ema is the new store clerk at Caribou.
Trivia[]
- The name of the club might change, but not to 'cycling club'. That was one of Inuko's tall tales. The club name "Yagai katsudō sākuru" or "Outdoor Activity Circle" was given to a club that was without full club status. The new name would be "Outdoor Activity Club" now that they have four members. They might even get a proper club room.
- Despite the chapter title, it doesn't seem that Ema joined the club. The only new member is Mei.
